Hey everyone, I’m hoping someone here has some advice or experience with this. I’ve been getting nonstop calls and letters from Wellington Capital Partners LLC about an old debt that I honestly don’t even recognize. The calls come at all hours, and they’ve even tried contacting my relatives, which feels super invasive. I’ve told them to stop, but they keep pushing.

It looks like I might have rights under the FDCPA, but I’m not totally sure what my next step should be. Has anyone here taken action against Wellington Capital Partners or a similar debt collector? Did filing a complaint or sending a cease and desist letter actually help? I’d love to hear what worked for you so I can finally put an end to this constant stress.
