Is there a law that apartment complexes should have lighting in the parking lot areas When I get home its pitched black and use a flash light to see my way to my apartment. When I walk my dog the area is also dark which scares me as there has been coyotes in the area.
Hello, I know you get a lot of comments but any help is appreciated. There have been a multitude of incidents at my complex and little is being done. First and foremost my car has been broke into and ransacked 4 times. Homeless people are a constant issue (sleeping at my front door, shitting by front door/ loitering) as well as they seem to just roam around the property rummaging through the dumpsters at all hours. All I get told is call security (which is located off the property) and they do little to nothing except do a couple of patrols directly after the incident but nothing consistent or continuous. Is there anything I can do I have filed police reports and reached out to my leasing office many times. At this point I am scared to go out to my car after dark. Please can someone help. 59ce067264
